The snow is like gold at Ski Center Latemar. It’s not us saying this, but experts from Skiarea-Test.  After visiting the main ski resorts in Austria, Italy, France, Slovenia and Switzerland, they gave Ski Center Latemar their awards for the best-prepared pistes in the Alps and for the best artificial snow system.  But that’s not all: Josef Gummerer, who is in charge of the runs at Obereggen, was named "Artificial Snow Expert of the Year," a seal of approval for a true wizard when it comes to compact snow coverage, created using solid water sprayed from 125 cannons over 100% of our ski runs to guarantee perfect descents at all times.
Certainly, this is one of the main reasons for Skigebiete-test.de’s decision to confirm yet again the excellent scores it awards to Ski Center Latemar for the Advanced Skiers, Families and Snowboarder categories.

The team from Skiarea-test is comprised of 220 experts from the skiing industry.  In the past season, the group has tested 26 ski resorts in Austria, Italy, France, Slovenia and Switzerland.  All tests are carried out anonymously, which goes to prove the real worth of the seals of approval received by Ski Center Latemar.
