Ride the Latemar tour by mountain bike? With the lifts, you can optimise your time, follow the route and enjoy beautiful views.

The very best for mountain biking enthusiasts and professionals alike: a full itinerary that is varied and packed with memorable views and welcoming refreshment points. On this route you will be engrossed in your admiration of the Rosengarten – the “rose garden” of the Dolomites- the rocks of Latemar or the emerald waters of Lake Carezza, in the fabulous Dolomite setting of the Fiemme and Fassa valleys, on the border between Trentino and South Tyrol. Bike carriage included in the lift price.

The itinerary:
FEUDO PASS – PAMPEAGO – OBEREGGEN – CAREZZA LAKE – COSTALUNGA PASS – MOENA – PREDAZZO – GARDONÈ – FEUDO PASS

The itinerary can be adapted according to the starting point chosen: if you start from Pampeago, you can reach the Zischg refuge with the Latemar chair lift, if you start from Obereggen, you will find yourself immediately in the middle of the forest. In all cases, it is advisable to check the closing times of the lifts before starting out, considering that they stop for a break in the middle of the day.

When you’re out in the mountains, just remember: be smart and stay mindful and vigilant.
Study the map and pay attention to trail markers along the way and stay on the demarcated path.
Check the weather forecast, preferably from a local weather service with th most relevant information.
If fatigue sets in, or if you’re uncertain about the trail or encounter unfavourable weather, feel free to backtrack along the same path.
